Dermalux LED Phototherapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses clinically proven therapeutic light energy to trigger the skins natural rejevunation and repair process without pain or downtime. Regular Dermalux treatments can treat many skin conditions such as acne and blemishes, rosacea and redness, pigmentation, collagen stimulation and general skin rejuvenation.

Can also be used after other treatments to boost the healing process and collagen stimulation eg. Facials, microneedling and peels.

Rejuvapen NXT micro-needling is a minimally invasive skin-rejuvenation technique. RESULTS
Patients may notice healthier looking skin right away. However, keep in mind that dermal collagen remodelling occurs over time and it would not be realistic to expect damage that has happened to the skin over a long period of time to disappear right away. We suggest a series of 4-6 sessions depending on what the treatment is for. Individuals may not see final results until 3-6 months following the last treatment.
To prepare for the treatment
*Stop using any skincare with active ingredients at least 48 hours before your appointment
*Do not take anti-histamine medication 48 hours before you appointment
*Ensure you have not had botox/fillers in the last month.
*Ensure you have not had IPL/Laser/Chemical Peels/Radiofrequency in the last month.
*If you have had a cold sore in the last 12 months, ensure you attend your GP for a course or anti-viral medication a week prior to your treatment

Contraindication – when Rejuvapen cannot be used
*Active skin infection
*Keloid scarring
*Stretch marks less a year old
*Acne scars less than 6 months old
*Lack of sensation in the treatment area
*Autoimmune conditions/immunosuppressive medications
*Skin caner / history of skin cancer
*Cold sores
*Open wounds
*Use of blood thinning medication
*Pregnancy or breast feeding
*Uncontrolled diabetes
*Skin care with active ingredients in the last 48 hours
*Botox/Fillers in the last 28 days
*IPL/Laser/Chemical Peels/Radiofrequency in the last 28 days
DOWN TIME
Typically the healing time depends on the severity of the damaged skin and the depth of the procedure. Most commonly there may be some redness that resembles mild sunburn and slight swelling. This may last for 2-4 days. Some people may have the redness dissipate with in 24 hours.
